Science Colleges in West Bengal

Ramananda College is a leading educational institution situated at Bishnupur in the district of Bankura. It is a co-educational Degree college. And this college was established in 1945. The proposal to establish a centre of higher education in this historically important place was initially made by Sri Ramnalini Chakraboty, freedom fighter and social worker of Bishnupur. As the college was established before indepence it predates both UGC and the University of Burdwan in 2007.
